Nagarjuna has one of the most spread-out marketing network in Ayurveda, which includes over 550 franchisee sole retail outlets in Kerala alone. There are about 10,000 retail counters selling Nagarjuna products in the total of India, flourished in about 19 States. These retail shops are all serviced from the Area business offices of Nagarjuna. There are 4 Area business offices in Kerala, at Vadakara for North Kerala, Shoranur & Muvattupuzha (Keezhillam) for Central Kerala and Chengannur for South Kerala. Outside Kerala, there is a zonal office at Bangalore for supplying products to the various zones of India. Nagarjuna products are also exported to about 22 countries world-wide. The entire marketing activities are controlled by the Central Marketing Office (CMO) based at the Nagarjuna Corporate Office located at Muvattupuzha.
